Apirana at Work (Performances)
There is no better way to experience Apirana’s poetry, readings, and storytelling, which he enhances with original music, than by witnessing him live. His performance schedules take him far and wide around Aotearoa and internationally, presenting his work to all ages.
Writing Workshops
Creative writing workshops are 50 minutes long, with groups of up to 30 people. They can also be adjusted to fit to schedule as required. Workshops can cater for a variety of audiences, eg. primary, secondary, or tertiary education, marae, prisons, and festivals.
Performances
Poetry and storytelling performances can be 50 minutes long or adjusted to fit to requirements, and can be for any number of people. They can also be adjusted to fit to schedule as required. These performances incorporate evocative storytelling, poetry, and musical elements.
